Once you join ClickUp, you’ll see some client tasks already assigned to you! There are some things we’ll need you to tackle as soon as possible so that we can do our part in a timely manner. All the materials you need for these are in the description of each task in the portal.
In ClickUp, you should see a task titled “Schedule a Call” to talk strategy, chat about the project, and also answer any questions you have before we get started. This is mainly optional, so if you prefer to not do it, no problem!
Please make note of the task we’ve assigned to you in ClickUp and when they are due ahead of time so you
can prepare and work on them with enough time!
Please make sure you’re respond to ClickUp messages and emails promptly! If anything happens, just let us know and we can work through it together. Also, pls be kind (we’re sensitive).
If you’re late with any of your tasks, it sets our side back. Let us know if you anticipate any delays and we’ll do the same! Please make sure all payments are paid on time so we can focus on the design part.

Sometimes we work at night or on the weekends, but that doesn’t mean we’re reachable at those hours! Business operates M-T from 10am to 5pm / F 10am to 1pm and we like to take holidays off.
LATE PAYMENT > 5 days = fee of $100 per each week
SUBSTANTIAL DELAYS = 20%*
DELAY/ RESCHEDULING/SUSPENSION FEE = 20%*
RUSH FEE = 20%
SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES = $150/HR
(Fees represented are percentage of total project fee; ex.
20% delay fee for $4,000 project is a $800 fee)
We will be sending you the full-resolution brand files and all the promised deliverables at the end of the project. However, we will retain copyright and not assign it to you until the final payment has been fulfilled. Should any balance be due and left unpaid, we will revoke all rights to all work.
By signing up to our payment plans, you’re agreeing to paying all payments in full in order to attain copyright use of the deliverables. This requires that you turn on Auto Pay and provide essential information like birthday and billing address. You also agree to the terms of our payment processor.
In the event of default payments or evasion, we will have to pursue either legal action or debt collection. You are responsible for covering all legal fees and collection fees that are incurred during recovery.

We would love to hear what’s not working and where you envision us shifting, but try not to give us orders on what to do. Trust is SO important and you hired us for our expertise, so tell us what you’re wanting, and we’ll decide on how to execute.
A big list of details to change doesn’t tell us how to improve the design as a whole and removes autonomy from us as creatives. Try to give bigger picture > minor details. Try to stay on brief and keep your audience and purpose in mind.
